Overview

A leading alternative investment manager is seeking a Client Services Analyst to join its investor relations and client servicing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 1-2 years of experience in client services, investor operations, sales support, or a related function who is looking to build a long-term career within the hedge fund industry.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior members of the investor relations and client servicing team, supporting relationships with institutional investors, consultants, family offices, and wealth management clients. While this role sits within the client servicing function, it is primarily an internal support position in the near term and does not require direct responsibility for managing client relationships from day one.

Candidates from hedge funds, long-only asset managers, private markets firms, fund administrators, or other investment management businesses will all be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day servicing of existing investors across the firm's global client base.
• Assist in responding to investor requests, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and information requests.
• Coordinate the preparation and distribution of client reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Work closely with investment, operations, legal, compliance, and finance teams to gather information for investors.
• Maintain investor records, CRM systems, and internal databases.
• Support fundraising and investor relations initiatives through data management, meeting coordination, and follow-up activities.
• Assist with onboarding new investors and ongoing account maintenance.
• Help ensure timely and accurate investor communications.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives across the client servicing function.
• Participate in industry events, investor meetings, and internal projects as required.

Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience within client services, investor relations support, sales support, client operations, fund operations, or a related role.
• Experience gained within a hedge fund, asset manager, private markets firm, fund administrator, investment consultancy, or similar financial services environment.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in investment management and financial markets.
• Motivated to develop a long-term career within investor relations and client servicing.
