We're looking for someone who: ✅ Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). ✅ Can plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons. ✅ Builds positive, supportive relationships with young people. ✅ Takes a patient, flexible approach to teaching. ✅ Is committed to safeguarding and promoting young people's welfare. Experience supporting learners with SEND, SEMH needs or those who have become disengaged from education would be particularly welcome.
