We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, working on commercial projects in Leeds.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in commercial mechanical installations, project delivery and site management. Key Responsibilities * Manage mechanical projects from inception through to completion. * Oversee the day-to-day delivery of commercial mechanical installations. * Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other trades. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. * Monitor project progress, costs, programme schedules and resources. * Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed on site. * Attend project meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and main contractors. * Manage procurement, materials and labour requirements. * Resolve site issues and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations. * Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates. Requirements * Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the commercial building services sector. * Proven experience delivering commercial mechanical projects. * Valid SMSTS certification. * Strong knowledge of mechanical building services installations. * Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills. * Ability to manage multiple project requirements and meet deadlines. * A proactive approach to health and safety, quality control and project delivery. * RAMS
