Gas Service Engineer - Social Housing South East London Minimum Earnings: £1,350 Per Week SE London Self-Employed Sub-Contractor We are currently recruiting for experienced Gas Service Engineers to work on a long-term social housing contract covering South East London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer looking for consistent work, high earning potential, and ongoing contract stability. The Role * Carrying out annual landlord gas safety checks (CP12s) * Gas appliance servicing in occupied social housing properties * Ensuring all work is completed in line with current Gas Safe regulations * Accurate completion of job reports using a handheld device * Delivering excellent customer service to tenants Requirements * ACS Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1) * Valid Gas Safe Registration * Previous experience within the social housing sector preferred * Full UK Driving Licence * Own van and tools * Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively What's On Offer?
