As the Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage Area Sales Managers, improve internal processes and ensure high standards of service delivery. With a strong background in Soft FM and an understanding of Hard FM, you'll be given full autonomy to make decisions, lead teams and put your own stamp on the business.
