SF Partners are recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a successful and growing Nottingham based business on a 12-month FTC.

This is a senior PA opportunity supporting three C-suite executives, including the CEO, CFO and CCO, so we're looking for someone who is already comfortable operating at this level and can confidently manage multiple senior stakeholders.

You'll be joining a collaborative wider administration team, but will take ownership of keeping the Board organised, managing competing priorities and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

The role:

• Complex diary management across multiple C-suite executives
• Coordinating senior internal and external meetings
• Preparing agendas, collating papers and tracking actions and deliverables
• Organising UK and international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries
• Managing expenses accurately and efficiently
• Coordinating client meetings and senior stakeholder visits
• Preparing meeting materials and supporting meeting logistics
• Working closely with the wider administration team to support senior leadership
• Organising meeting rooms, AV equipment and refreshments
• Supporting with visitors and ensuring a professional experience from arrival through to departure
• Handling confidential and sensitive information appropriately
• Staying one step ahead of changing priorities and anticipating what the senior team will need

About you:

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting C-suite level executives is essential
• Confident supporting multiple senior stakeholders at the same time
• Experienced with complex diary management and executive-level workflows
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and corporate governance
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
• Professional and confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive, adaptable and able to use your own judgement
• A real team player who is happy to support the wider administration function when needed
