Site Manager – Commercial Refurbishment Location: Central London Rate: £500 per shift Start: Tonight Duration: 3 nights Hours: 9:00pm – 5:00am (likely earlier finishes) Henley Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial refurbishment project in Central London. This is an immediate opportunity for a Site Manager who is comfortable managing trades and coordinating works during night shifts. The Role * Managing and supervising tradesmen on site * Overseeing works on a commercial refurbishment * Ensuring works are completed safely and to the required standard * Coordinating the workforce and keeping the project running efficiently * Dealing with any issues that arise during the shift * Maintaining site standards and ensuring health & safety procedures are followed Requirements * Valid SMSTS certificate – essential * Previous Site Manager experience * Commercial refurbishment experience * Confident managing multiple trades on site * Strong communication and organisational skills * Reliable and available for all 3 nights * Ability to work independently and manage site operations effectively What's on Offer * £500 per shift * 3 nights' work * 9:00pm – 5:00am * Likely earlier finishes * Start tonight * Central London location Immediate start available.
