Business Development Manager

£40,000 Basic | £70,000-£80,000 OTE | Manchester

Robert Walters is working with an established healthcare services business looking for a driven Business Development Manager to support its continued growth.

This is a new business-focused role, targeting NHS organisations and primary care providers. You'll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with key decision-makers and winning new business. This will be mainly office based.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience selling products or services into the NHS. Sales executive, sales representative, SDR, outbound sales, lead generator, appointment setter.
• A strong track record of business development and winning new clients.
• Strong telephone based communication skills
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach to sales.

What's on offer:

• £40,000 basic salary.
• £70,000-£80,000 OTE.
• Office-based role in Manchester, Monday to Friday.
