We’re recruiting for an experienced Sales & Compliance Manager to join a growing same-day and specialist delivery business.

This is a varied role combining business development, account management and transport compliance. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, developing existing customer relationships and ensuring the company maintains high compliance standards.

• Generate and develop new business opportunities across the UK.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Prepare quotes, tenders and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate rates while protecting margins.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and achieve agreed targets.
• Manage driver, vehicle and company compliance records.
• Carry out regular compliance checks and audits.
• Ensure licences, insurance, training and documentation are up to date.
• Keep up to date with relevant UK transport and regulatory requirements.

• Previous sales/business development experience, ideally within transport or logistics.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with compliance, audits or operational documentation.
• Proactive, driven and comfortable working independently.
