SJC Legal is currently working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join its Residential Property team in Norwich.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Assistant or Paralegal with residential conveyancing experience who is looking to join a reputable firm and provide valuable support to experienced Conveyancers within a busy property department.

The Role
Provide day-to-day support to Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners
Assist with Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases
Support transactions from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion
Prepare conveyancing documentation and correspondence
Order property searches and assist with enquiries
Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other solicitors
Assist with exchange and completion processes
Maintain accurate records using the firm's Case Management system
Ensure matters progress efficiently while delivering excellent client care
The Candidate
Have previous experience within Residential Conveyancing
Be an experienced Conveyancing Assistant, Legal Assistant or Property Paralegal
Have a good understanding of the residential conveyancing process
Be confident communicating with clients and other professionals
Have strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Be comfortable managing competing priorities and deadlines
Be proactive, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
