Senior Manager - Corporate Tax DisputesShape the outcome of complex corporate tax disputes An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Tax professional to join a leading Tax Disputes practice as a Senior Manager in London.
This role offers the chance to work on some of the most challenging and high-profile corporate tax disputes in the market, advising clients through every stage of engagement with HMRC, from enquiries and investigations through to settlement negotiations, Alternative Dispute Resolution and litigation.
We are keen to hear from individuals currently working within:
- Accounting and professional services firms
- Specialist tax advisory practices
- Law firms with a corporate tax focus
- HMRC Compliance, Solicitor's Office or Tax Dispute Resolution teams
The Role You will:
- Lead complex corporate tax dispute and controversy engagements
- Manage HMRC enquiries, investigations and information requests
- Develop dispute resolution and settlement strategies
- Support clients through Tribunal proceedings and litigation matters
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Contribute to business development and growth initiatives
About You You will have:
- Strong experience in Corporate Tax, either advisory, compliance, investigations or dispute resolution
- Experience managing interactions with HMRC on significant corporate tax matters
- The ability to analyse complex technical tax issues and develop practical solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CTA, Solicitor qualification, or equivalent relevant experience
