A well-established manufacturing company in Mildenhall, Suffolk, is looking for a Powder Coater to join their team. This is a hands-on role offering stability, the opportunity to develop your skills and a supportive working environment. Previous powder coating experience is preferred but not essential. The company is happy to consider candidates with different levels of experience who are keen to learn and develop. Powder Coater Duties: Preparing metal components for powder coating Applying powder-coated finishes to metal components Operating and maintaining powder coating equipment Checking finished products to ensure a high standard of quality and consistency Working efficiently to meet production targets Pay, Hours & Benefits: Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00 £13.00–£14.50 p/hour, depending on experience 30 days’ holiday after successful completion of probation Career progression and opportunities to develop your skills Whether you already have powder coating experience or are looking to learn a new skill, we'd love to hear from you!
