We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm to assist them in their search for a Legal Talent Assistant to join their London team.

The successful candidate will gain broad exposure across lateral recruitment, graduate recruitment, trainee programmes and talent administration, working alongside the Legal Talent team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating interviews and recruitment processes for lateral hires.
• Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment activity on the firm's ATS.
• Supporting offers, pre-boarding, onboarding and joiner/leaver processes.
• Producing recruitment reports and supporting recruitment projects.
• Helping deliver graduate recruitment initiatives, including law fairs, open days, networking events, vacation schemes, and insight programmes.
• Coordinating trainee onboarding and induction activity.
• Managing diaries, meetings, rooms, catering, travel, and event logistics.
• Preparing recruitment and event materials.
• Processing invoices and maintaining accurate departmental records.
• Supporting wider Legal Talent projects and initiatives.

The successful applicant will have 1+ years’ experience within graduate recruitment / early careers within a law firm and possess strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail skills. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office and an ATS is highly desired.
