The Role As a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a diverse portfolio of predominantly commercial properties. This is far more than a testing role. We are looking for a practical engineer who enjoys fault-finding, problem-solving and delivering a high standard of service to clients. Key Responsibilities Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Reactive electrical maintenance Fault finding and diagnostics Emergency lighting testing and maintenance Small electrical installations and repairs Testing and inspection work when required Identifying and reporting defects across M&E systems Liaising professionally with clients and site contacts Supporting wider building services maintenance activities Working independently across multiple sites throughout London and the surrounding areasWhat We're Looking For Essential NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations 2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent) Commercial building maintenance experience Strong electrical fault-finding skills Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance Full UK Driving Licence Customer-focused approach and excellent communication skillsDesirable Experience working on: AHUs FCUs HVAC systems Three-phase electrical systems Plant room equipment General M&E building services systemsThe Package £45,000 - £50,000 Basic Salary Company Van Overtime Opportunities Call Out Allowance Pension Scheme Holiday Entitlement Stable, long-term employment Supportive management team Varied and interesting work across commercial environmentsWorking Hours Monday to Friday, predominantly 8am-5pm, working across a portfolio of sites throughout London and the M25 region.+1 Why Apply?
