Looking for a hands on Health and Safety role where you can work closely with frontline teams and help shape a new operational Health & Safety programme? We're supporting one of the UK's largest Housing Associations in their search for a Health and Safety Advisor to join their growing Health and Safety team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Health and Safety professional who enjoys being out in the operation, engaging with frontline teams and driving practical safety improvements. About the Role You'll support a large in house repairs and maintenance operation, working closely with operatives, supervisors and managers across repairs, voids, disrepair, estates and associated services. You'll typically spend 3 days a week out across sites and operational teams, with 2 days working remotely, providing practical advice, coaching and assurance while helping shape and embed a new operational Health and Safety programme.
