Architectural Technologist Sheffield Up to £45,000 Aztrum are pleased to be working with an established architectural practice based in Sheffield, who are looking to appoint a motivated and driven Architectural Technologist to contribute to the ongoing success of the practice. Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role: Produce detailed technical drawings and construction documentation Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning policies Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues Support planning applications and building control submissions Contribute to projects across relevant RIBA stages, from design development through to technical delivery Key Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role: Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes Experience producing technical drawings and construction documentation Proven experience working across RIBA stages 0–4 Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills If this opportunity sounds like a fit, please contact Owen on  or alternatively you can contact him on (phone number removed) for more information
