Are you an exceptional Family Solicitor ready to take ownership of a thriving Family department and make your mark? We are seeking a heavyweight family law specialist to step into the Head of Family position, leading from the front and driving the continued growth of a well-established and highly regarded practice.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead and develop the Family Law team.
• Manage a diverse caseload of privately funded family matters including complex divorce, financial remedy, and children matters.
• Advise high-net-worth individuals on sensitive and challenging cases.
• Drive departmental growth through effective networking, business development, and relationship management.
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers and support staff.
• Play a key role in the wider leadership and strategic direction of the firm.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Senior Family Solicitor with significant post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Proven track record in managing complex family law matters.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Experience leading, supervising, or building successful teams.
• Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Resolution membership or family law accreditation is advantageous.
• Ambition to be a genuine leader within the business.
