Looking for a reliable 3.5-Tonne Van Driver to join our team, delivering steel framing systems and associated materials to customers and construction sites across the UK. You’ll play an important role in ensuring deliveries arrive safely and on time, representing the company professionally and working closely with our operations team. Your responsibilities * Deliver SFS products and associated materials nationwide. * Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly. * Ensure loads are secure and within the vehicle’s permitted weight limits. * Assist with safe loading and unloading where required. * Follow site delivery procedures and health and safety requirements. * Complete delivery paperwork and obtain proof of delivery. * Keep the operations team updated on delivery progress, delays or issues. * Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle. What we’re looking for * A full driving licence valid for driving a 3.5-tonne van in the UK. * A minimum of two years’ driving experience. * A safe and responsible approach to driving and load security. * Confidence driving nationwide, including London. * Good communication skills and a professional manner with customers. * Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently. * Experience driving vans and delivering to construction sites would be an advantage
