Our client is a vibrant and fast-growing mid-sized law firm based in Hertfordshire, known for its modern approach and supportive team culture.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal with previous property/conveyancing experience who is looking for a varied role within an established and reputable firm.

This is a permanent, full-time, office-based position, offering on-site parking and an excellent holiday allowance.

Duties will include:

• Opening files and completing KYC checks
• Dealing with source of funds and ordering searches
• Preparing and sending contracts on exchange
• Sending documents to third parties and liaising with relevant parties
• Receipting funds
• Drafting security documents
• Preparing and submitting SDLT returns
• Handling Land Registry registrations and expediting applications
• Dealing with Land Registry requisitions
• Completing Companies House registrations
• Serving notices of transfer and charge
• Dealing with redemptions, including DS1s and redemption figures
• Drafting and providing undertakings
• General file administration and providing day-to-day administrative support

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within conveyancing, with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
