We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to join an established engineering business in Bristol. This is a role suited to someone with a mechanical, electrical, motor vehicle or related engineering qualification, as you will be carrying out maintenance, fault-finding and reactive repairs on customer systems. What’s on offer? * £38,789 per year * Permanent position * Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm * 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays * Enhanced holiday entitlement based on length of service * 6% company pension * £300 tool allowance * Overtime paid at enhanced rates * Standby fee for callout rota * Private healthcare * Life insurance * Employee Assistance Programme * Cycle to Work Scheme * Training and progression opportunities What will you be doing as a Field Service Engineer? * Carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance * Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults * Completing reactive repairs * Monitoring the performance of customer systems * Identifying opportunities to improve reliability and productivity * Helping reduce equipment downtime * Maintaining accurate service and maintenance records * Providing a high standard of customer service * Participating in a 24-hour callout rota What will you need? * ONC, NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Motor Vehicle Studies or a related discipline Interested?
