Customer Service Advisor

Salary: Circa £28,000

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a successful and growing business based in Brough, Hull.

This is a great opportunity to join an established business during a period of growth, providing B2B customer support and building strong relationships with customers.

The role will focus on handling customer enquiries, predominantly via email, with some telephone contact.

Key responsibilities:

• Responding to B2B customer enquiries and resolving queries efficiently.

• Processing customer orders accurately.

• Providing delivery updates and order information.

• Handling pricing and invoice queries.

• Investigating customer issues and working towards effective resolutions.

• Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer queries are dealt with promptly.

• Building and maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times.

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, sales administration or order processing role, ideally within a B2B environment.

You will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive, customer-focused approach. The ability to manage queries effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues across the business is also important.
