Overview We are currently looking for an experienced Externals / Facades Manager to join a major residential construction project. The project consists of two blocks – 14 storeys and 6 storeys – with responsibility for completing the RC frame and brickwork façade. The Role * Manage the external envelope and façade works across the project * Oversee RC frame and brickwork façade packages * Coordinate subcontractors and specialist trades * Manage programme, quality and progress of external works * Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Team and Design Team * Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards * Coordinate interfaces between the structure, brickwork and other external packages * Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve issues on site Requirements * Proven experience as an Externals Manager, Facades Manager, External Manager or similar * Strong RC frame and brickwork experience * Residential / apartment experience preferred * Strong understanding of external envelope and façade construction * Experience managing subcontractors and external packages * Strong programme, quality and coordination skills If you're an experienced Externals or Facades Manager with strong RC frame and brickwork experience, I'd be keen to hear from you
