KYC Lead / Small UK Bank / City of London (Hybrid) / Permanent / £50,000 to £60,000 Want to own KYC, not just operate it? Vivo Talent is working with a growing, UK-authorised bank in London that needs a hands-on KYC Lead. The team is lean, so you'll have real ownership. You'll design and embed the bank's KYC and CDD processes and then run them day to day. What you'll be doing Owning KYC, CDD and EDD procedures and keeping them in line with MLRs 2017, JMLSG and FCA expectations Spotting gaps, then designing and implementing better, risk-based processes Reviewing and signing off onboarding files, including EDD, PEPs and complex ownership structures Running periodic reviews, QA and MI reporting for senior management Working with Ops, Tech and Compliance on system improvements and automation What you'll bring Strong KYC/CDD experience in a UK bank or regulated firm A track record of building and implementing processes, not just following them The ability to balance change work with a live operational workload Clear communication and confidence with stakeholders at every level What's on offer Competitive salary, bonus and benefits, hybrid working, and the chance to shape the function as the bank grows.
