As a Customer Service Coordinator in the FMCG industry, based in Leigh, you'll manage the day-to-day processing of customer orders and ensure smooth communication between teams to meet customer needs. Description

• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order fulfilment and delivery schedules are met.
• Collaborate closely with Supply, Demand, Commercial and Logistics teams
• Handle customer queries and resolve any issues promptly and proactively.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with the warehouse team to manage inventory.
• Generate reports to track order progress and identify any potential delays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in customer service operations.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Coordinator should have:

• Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or order processing/management, ideally within the FMCG sector (not essential)
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Passionate about delivering a great customer service.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
• Comfortable using systems and technology, with strong Excel skills and experience of Power BI or Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial but is not essential.
