We are currently recruiting for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Blackbushe. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling a range of products, from individual components and sub-assemblies through to completed units. Benefits for the Electro-Mechanical Assembler: * 25 days holiday * Healthcare * Costco card * Full benefits package The Role of Electro-Mechanical Assembler: * Assembling electro-mechanical products from individual components through to finished units. * Following engineering drawings, wiring schedules and assembly instructions. * Carrying out soldering, crimping and wiring activities. * Using appropriate tools and equipment, including soldering irons and electrical testing meters. * Inspecting completed assemblies to ensure they meet the required quality standards. * Identifying and reporting any design, specification or assembly issues. * Completing relevant production records and updating internal systems. * Working closely with Production Engineering, Stores and Quality teams to resolve any assembly-related issues. * Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. * Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to improve production efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate for the Electro-Mechanical Assembler: * Previous experience in a manufacturing or production assembly environment. * Experience with soldering and crimping. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring schedules. * Confident using production tools and equipment. * Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. * Basic IT skills and the ability to use internal production systems. * A reliable, organised and team-focused approach. * Experience with surface mount soldering (desirable) * Be able to provide proof of UK residency for the previous five years. * Be suitable to obtain the required security clearance
