Our client is a technology and online platform that helps the entertainment industry find and manage talent for film, television, theatre and commercials. It connects actors and performers with casting directors and agents, helping them discover opportunities and organise auditions. It also provides tools for casting teams to review applications, manage auditions and select the right people for productions.

They are looking for a confident, engaging and capable Finance Assistant to join their growing business.

Duties:

• Post vendor bills to the accounting system accurately and file electronically
• Create weekly vendor payment runs and send for authorisation to the Accounting Manager
• Post vendor payments to the accounting system
• Manage employee expenses, to include company credit cards, through the expense management system
• Raise customer invoices as needed, including Studios customers and other enterprise customers, and email out to customers; ensure customer invoices are uploaded into the accounting system as necessary
• Post customer receipts to the accounting system
• Sales batch reconciliations
• Manage credit control
• Assist with audit fieldwork and enquiries as necessary
• Any other ad hoc tasks as required by the Accounting Team
