The Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially astute finance leader to shape, develop, and lead a high-performing FP&A function for a market-leading international group undergoing an exciting phase of growth.

This is a high-visibility, strategic role acting as the bridge between financial data and executive execution. Beyond standard reporting, you will partner closely with senior leadership—managing BAU and transformation budgets, providing robust commercial challenge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering financial insights, sensitivity analysis, and scenario modelling to guide key investments.
  • Performance Management: Develop and refine real-time performance tools and dashboards to track trends, manage risks, and capture operational opportunities.
  • Efficiency & Cost Strategy: Identify cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements across the group without compromising quality or operational performance.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and empower a talented finance team to deliver elite-level commercial analysis.

About You

  • Qualifications: Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with substantial post-qualification experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial Acumen: Confident challenging senior operational leaders and translating complex numbers into actionable strategic stories.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced Excel skills and strong experience utilising large-scale ERP or BI systems to optimise reporting.
  • Leadership: Proven track record in coaching, developing, and setting clear objectives for finance teams.
