We’re looking for a sharp, driven Quantity Surveyor to join a major data centre project in Finland. This is a role for someone who is commercially switched-on, ambitious and hungry to make an impact. You’ll be working alongside a strong project team, taking ownership of commercial matters and helping drive the project forward. We want someone who: * Is sharp, proactive and commercially minded * Takes ownership rather than waits to be told * Has the confidence to challenge, negotiate and make decisions * Is driven by results and career progression * Can build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors * Wants to work on major, high-value construction projects * Brings energy, ambition and a “get it done” mentality Yes, Data centre experience is a bonus — attitude, drive and commercial ability are what matter.
