About the opportunity:    Working exclusively with my client, I’m seeking an experienced Enabling Works Project Manager to deliver demolition, RC frame and basement projects worth up to £10M across Central London (Zones 1 & 2).    As an Enabling Works Project Manager, strong planning, programming and logistical management skills are essential for delivering complex projects in challenging, space-restricted environments. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll lead site teams, manage project delivery, costs and programmes, and play a key role within the senior management team of a successful, privately owned contractor.    About the company:    My client is a £150M+ privately owned enabling works contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex, high-value projects across the City, with packages reaching £35M. Specialising in dismantling, temporary works, façade retention, structural alterations and substructure works, they offer the opportunity to work on challenging, high-profile projects within a technically strong and forward-thinking business.    Having worked closely with this client for many years, I can confidently recommend them as an employer. They combine the scale and success of a major contractor with a close-knit, family feel, where individuals are genuinely valued, supported and given the opportunity to develop their careers and reach their full potential.    About the benefits and rewards: Salary: £85,000 – £110,000 per annum, depending on experience and suitability. Benefits: Generous package including private healthcare and pension. Travel: All travel expenses covered. Training: Access to relevant training and refresher courses. Career progression: Tailored development plans with clear progression opportunities. About the requirements: Qualifications: Ideally degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a similar discipline. Experience: 5–10 years of career progression from Site Engineer through to Project Management. Contractor background: Experience working for a reputable contractor delivering technically challenging projects across London. Sector experience: Strong background in demolition and general enabling works, including demolition, substructure and superstructure. Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, standard email systems and Asta Powerproject for planning and programming.
