Grafters Recruit Ltd require fleet compliance admin clerk for our clients in Daventry area. BENEFITS: * From £14.78 – 22.17 per hour * Regular work Monday to Friday * Start at 6/7 am * Free on-site parking * Automatically enrolled in company pension after 3 months * entitled to Holiday Pay * long term position Working Pattern: Working 8 hours shifts, Monday to Friday Start time 6 or 7 am Assistant Fleet Admin Clerk Duties * Maintain and update fleet records and databases. * File and organise vehicle documentation. * Assist with booking vehicle services, MOTs and repairs. * Process invoices, purchase orders and maintenance paperwork. * Monitor and update vehicle compliance trackers. * Enter fuel, defect and maintenance data onto company systems. * Support driver licence and compliance record administration. * Respond to basic vehicle and driver queries. * Produce simple reports and spreadsheets for the fleet team. * Liaise with garages, suppliers and internal departments regarding bookings and paperwork. * Maintain accurate filing systems for fleet records. * Provide general administrative support to the Transport and Fleet Management teams. * Tachomaster experience preferred * Microlise experience preferred Key Responsibilities * Accurate data entry. * Record keeping and document control. * Supporting fleet compliance processes. * Administration of maintenance and repair records. * Assisting with reporting and cost tracking. * General office and administrative duties. Pay rate: Days (07:00-15:00) - £14.78 per hour Overtime Days after 40 hours - £22.17 per hour Grafters Recruit Ltd have five branches, four on-site locations and four remote contracts throughout the country.
