Academics is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Gloucester as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with additional needs.
• Support personalised learning plans alongside teachers and the SENCO.
• Encourage inclusion, independence and positive engagement.
• Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to support pupil progress.

What We're Looking For:

• A graduate with a genuine interest in SEN and child development.
• A degree in Psychology, Education or a related subject is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, proactive and adaptable approach.
• Experience working with children or young people is beneficial but not essential.

• Pay: £90-£105 per day, depending on experience
• Hours: Full-time, 8:30am-3:30pm
