Job Description
We are currently recruiting for 2 Customer Service Advisors to join a busy customer service team on a 3-month temporary basis. This role will play a key part in supporting the business through a peak trading period, ensuring customers receive a professional, efficient and positive experience.
Working within a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, resolving issues and maintaining excellent levels of customer service while working closely with colleagues across the business.
Role and Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
Process customer requests and update internal systems accurately
Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Escalate complex issues where required
Ensure customers are kept informed throughout the resolution process
Support the wider customer service team during peak trading periods
Contribute to a positive and customer-focused working environment
About You
Previous customer service experience is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident handling customer enquiries and resolving issues
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Positive, proactive and professional approach
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Reliable and committed throughout the duration of the assignment
