From luxury hotel bedrooms and award-winning restaurants to golf courses, spas and large-scale events, the products and services we purchase impact every part of the guest experience.

We're looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Buyer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your procurement career within a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Working closely with suppliers and departments across the Resort, you'll help source goods and services, negotiate value, manage stock levels, identify efficiencies and support purchasing decisions that directly contribute to the success of the business.

If you enjoy building relationships, negotiating, solving problems and making a real impact behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.

Our Ideal Hero Will Have

  • Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with confidence interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to challenge constructively where required.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, adaptable and solution-focused approach.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working within purchasing, procurement, supply chain, logistics or stock management environments.
  • Experience using procurement or stock control systems would be advantageous.
  • A-Level education (or equivalent) with strong Maths and English skills.
  • Hospitality, FMCG, logistics or procurement experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Implementing Our "Yes, We Can" Philosophy, You Will

  • Source goods and services that meet the operational needs of the Resort whilst delivering the best possible value.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships that support quality, service and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate pricing, availability and commercial terms with suppliers.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiencies and add value across the business.
  • Work closely with operational departments to understand purchasing requirements and support business needs.
  • Analyse products, suppliers and purchasing trends, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor stock levels alongside the Stores team, ensuring inventory is maintained at effective and economical levels.
  • Manage purchase requests and purchase orders, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with stock takes, inventory reviews and demand planning activities.
  • Support the resolution of supplier invoice and delivery queries.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of purchasing systems, processes and best practices.
  • Play a key role in supporting the profitability and continued success of The Celtic Collection.
