With another record-breaking year and lots of growth plans ahead, this is a new role and opportunity to join a small team supporting the Sales Representatives, working alongside the customer service team. This is a varied role covering all aspects of support.

What will you do as a Key Account Administrator

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Key Account Managers
• Process customer purchase orders, monitor order status and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time
• Act as a key point of contact for major retail customers, responding to queries and resolving order or delivery issues
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking sales performance, customer KPIs, promotional activity and product performance
• Maintain accurate pricing, product listings, customer portals and retailer systems
• Monitor outstanding orders, delivery performance and customer service levels

What will you need to be a Key Account Administrator

• Previous experience within Sales Administration, key account management of customer service
• Happy to be based onsite 5 days a week and be a driver with own transport
• Confident dealing with customer and support Sales Reps previously
• FMCG or Retailer experience would be an advantage
• Use Excel to an intermediate level and have used Sage
• Goes above and beyond for customers and commercial aware of business impact
