Your new role
Working closely with commercial, sales and operational leaders, you'll act as a trusted finance partner, providing insight, challenge and support to drive business performance across the organisation. You'll lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities, whilst delivering meaningful financial analysis and reporting that helps stakeholders understand key trends, performance drivers, risks and opportunities. Using robust financial modelling and commercial analysis, you'll support investment decisions, business cases and strategic initiatives, helping to drive profitability and sustainable growth. You'll also develop insightful KPIs and management information, challenge stakeholders to improve commercial outcomes and champion continuous improvements across financial processes, reporting and controls.
What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with proven Finance Business Partnering experience and a strong commercial mindset. You'll be confident working with senior stakeholders, using analysis, insight and financial modelling to influence decision-making, improve performance and support business growth.You'll bring experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, combined with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations. Experience within FMCG, retail, manufacturing, pharmaceutical or another complex commercial environment would be advantageous, alongside strong systems and data analysis skills.Most importantly, you'll be a proactive relationship-builder who enjoys partnering with the business, challenging constructively and helping leaders make better decisions.
