CNC Turner Programmer Location: Havant, Hampshire Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday–Friday | Flextime Pay: £18-£22ph We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer to join an established precision engineering business in the Havant area. The role involves programming, setting and operating Siemens-controlled 2–3 axis CNC turning machines, producing a varied range of small-batch, bespoke and precision components from small to large sizes. Key Responsibilities Programme, set and operate CNC turning machines Work from engineering drawings and specifications Produce one-off and small-batch components Work to tight tolerances and quality standards Select tooling and optimise machining processes Machine a variety of materials including titanium, stainless steel and plastics About You Previous CNC Turning / Programming experience Siemens control experience Confident setting and operating CNC lathes Able to read engineering drawings Good knowledge of tooling and machining processes Strong attention to detail and quality Benefits 25 days holiday + stats Birthday off Pension Loads of overtime 1.33x FLextime start/finish What next? ⦁ Do you have the experience?
