Technical Coordinator

We're recruiting for a Technical Coordinator at our Skelmersdale Dairy. This role will support the governance of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensure the delivery of high-quality products whilst driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across site.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting and improving the site's Quality Management System.
• Leading internal and external audit activities.
• Monitoring quality performance and managing key reports.
• Supporting problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Building strong relationships with operational teams, customers and suppliers.
• Driving compliance with food safety and quality standards.

What you'll bring

• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience with BRC audits and retailer standards.
• HACCP Level 3 minimum (Level 4 preferred).
• Advanced Food Hygiene qualification.
• Knowledge of microbiology and food manufacturing.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Dairy industry experience is highly desirable.
