Your purpose

This permanent Financial Advisor role exists to integrate, advise, and grow client assets acquired through the firm's strategic expansion. You will take ownership of established relationships, conducting comprehensive financial planning reviews while identifying organic growth opportunities across investments, pensions, and family wealth structuring.

Your day to day

- Conduct regular face-to-face and remote planning reviews with acquired private clients

- Manage established investment portfolios and pensions

- Identify organic growth and referral opportunities across existing client relationships

- Formulate and present tailored financial plans that reflect changing client circumstances

- Maintain rigorous compliance standards and up-to-date client files across internal systems

Financial Advisor Requirements

- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent) is essential

- Proven experience advising individual clients across investments and retirement planning is essential

- Prior track record managing acquired client banks or transitional portfolios is desirable

- Chartered Financial Planner status (or active progression towards it) is desirable
