Relief Manager

Location: Various locations across the South/ West region (Around Reading and Bracknell)
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 including weekends
Salary: Basic upto £32,000

About the Role

We are looking for a flexible and ambitious Relief Manager to support multiple stores across the region. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll provide management cover, support store performance, and ensure customers receive an exceptional experience wherever you are based.

As a Relief Manager, you'll work closely with Store Managers and the Regional Manager, stepping into different locations as required to support business needs. You will be responsible for maintaining high operational standards, driving sales performance, and leading by example to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide management cover across a number of stores within the region.
• Support stores during periods of annual leave, sickness, and other absences.
• Drive sales performance and help deliver revenue targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create positive customer experiences.
• Support and motivate store teams to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
• Build relationships with local businesses and identify opportunities to generate new business.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Previous experience in a management, retail, sales, or customer service environment.

• The ability to work independently and take ownership of store performance.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between stores.
