Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to join their dynamic team in Reading. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
• Administer employee benefits programmes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure that payroll and benefits policies align with organisational objectives.
• Provide exceptional support to employees regarding payroll queries and benefits information.
• Conduct regular audits of payroll and benefits data to maintain accuracy and integrity.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and best practises.
• Assist in the implementation of new payroll systems and enhancements to existing processes.
• Payrolling up to 600 employees weekly (Business is growing)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Our client is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

1. Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
2. Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
3. Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
4. Proficient in payroll software (SAGE 50) and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
6. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
