Multi-Trade Operative Salary: Up to £37000 per annum (depending on experience) Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time About the Role We are currently recruiting for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join a growing property maintenance team delivering responsive repairs and maintenance services within the social housing sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and outstanding customer service. You will be working in occupied residential properties, carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure homes remain safe and well maintained. Key Responsibilities * Carry out plastering repairs to a high standard (NVQ Level 2 preferred) * Undertake basic plumbing repairs and minor installations * Complete carpentry repairs and basic joinery work * Perform a wide range of general maintenance tasks * Diagnose faults and provide effective, long-lasting repairs * Work independently while contributing to a wider team environment * Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard About You To be successful in this role, you should have: * Strong plastering experience, ideally supported by an NVQ Level 2 qualification * Working knowledge of plumbing and carpentry repairs * Experience working within domestic or tenanted properties * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills * A commitment to delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service * Experience using PDA or mobile job management systems * NVQ, City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent practical experience * Full UK manual driving licence What's on Offer * Competitive salary of up to £40,660 depending on experience * Company van and fuel card provided for business use * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Apply Now If you're an experienced Multi-Trade Operative with strong plastering skills and a background in social housing, property maintenance, or repairs, we'd love to hear from you.
