Property Manager / Management Surveyor

Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE

GMP Recruitment Agency Limited is delighted to be supporting a client, based in Worcester, in the search for an experienced Property Manager or Management Surveyor to join their business in a key appointment so candidates must be MRICS qualified to be considered.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded property professional to take on a position of responsibility, with the scope to help shape and develop a team of professionals while contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.

The successful candidate will bring strong property management expertise, a proactive approach and the ambition to make a meaningful impact within a growing operation.

The Role

• Oversee and manage a varied property portfolio, ensuring high standards of service and effective day-to-day management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, landlords and other key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service delivery and portfolio performance.
• Support the development and growth of the property management function.
• Help build, mentor and develop a team of property professionals.
• Ensure properties are managed in line with relevant legislation, regulations and industry best practice.
• Contribute to the wider strategic and commercial objectives of the business.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in property management, building management or a related surveying role.
• MRICS qualified (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A commercially aware approach, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• The confidence and capability to support team development and contribute to a growing function.
• A proactive mindset, with a genuine interest in developing both professionally and as a leader.
