Site Agent - Highways Scheme Location: Cambridge Rate: £(Apply online only) per day - CIS or Ltd company available Duration: 6 months, rolling About the Role: Are you a Site Agent looking for a long-term, outside IR35 contract? We're looking for an experienced Site Agent to join a highways scheme in the Cambridge area. This is a great opportunity for someone with an engineering background and experience on National Highways and local authority projects to take ownership of site delivery. You'll be responsible for running day-to-day site operations, managing site teams and subcontractors, and making sure works are delivered safely, on programme, on budget and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: ·Managing the delivery of highways works for National Highways and local authority clients. ·Planning and coordinating site activities, resources and subcontractors. ·Making sure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification. ·Maintaining compliance with National Highways, local authority and health & safety requirements. ·Overseeing setting out, temporary works and quality records alongside the engineering team. ·Acting as the main point of contact on site for the client, engineers and stakeholders. ·Producing and reviewing RAMS, permits, site diaries and progress reports.
