I'm working with a global sports business on the hunt for a People & Culture Coordinator to join their growing team.

They are growing quickly, with a big 2027 planned so this is a great moment to join and help shape how the people side grows with it.

The role
Reporting to the People Partner, you'll support the full employee lifecycle while owning culture and employee experience. That includes:

Being a trusted point of contact for the team on all things people

Running the Culture Calendar and leading the Culture Club: football socials, sports days, celebrations, recognition and more

Who they're looking for
They've been clear that mindset matters more than experience. The ideal candidate is:

- Driven, proactive and creative, with a "no job too small" attitude
- Personable, organised and discreet with confidential information
- Excited to build a career in People & Culture
- Ideally 6+ months in HR or People Ops, or with transferable experience
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards it (a plus, not essential)

Based in Canary Wharf, 3 days a week on site
