We're looking for a commercially driven, entrepreneurial Sales Director (Sync & Partnerships) to drive growth by developing new client relationships, generating revenue and building strategic partnerships across music, advertising, entertainment and the wider creative industries.

This is a relationship-led role that combines business development, sync, music supervision and partnerships. We're looking for someone who knows how to open doors, spot opportunities and turn connections into meaningful commercial work.

You'll have the freedom to develop new business across brands, agencies, production companies, gaming and entertainment, using your network and initiative to create opportunities beyond traditional music briefs.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships and generate new business.
• Build strategic partnerships and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Turn introductions and conversations into paid projects and repeat business.
• Develop opportunities across sync, music supervision, original music, publishing and creative strategy.
• Work closely with the founders on pitches, proposals and commercial strategy.
• Manage the sales pipeline and represent the business at relevant industry events.

Experience

• You'll have a strong network across music, advertising or the creative industries, with a proven ability to build relationships and generate commercial opportunities.
• You're commercially minded, proactive and entrepreneurial, with a good understanding of music and culture. You're confident engaging senior decision-makers, negotiating opportunities and developing long-term client partnerships.
• Your background might be in sync, music supervision, agency business development, brand partnerships, production, gaming or entertainment. We're open-minded about experience and keen to hear from people who can bring new perspectives and opportunities.
