• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and accounts, ensuring a smooth transition from application to successful account activation.
• Prepare, review, and process account-opening documentation, transfer forms, agreements, disclosures, and related paperwork with a high degree of accuracy.
• Liaise directly with clients to obtain required documentation and signatures through electronic signature platforms and other approved channels.
• Coordinate account funding activities, including asset transfers, rollovers, and wire transactions.
• Provide exceptional client service by responding promptly to client queries and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
• Partner with internal operations, client services, and support teams to facilitate efficient onboarding and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all onboarding activities comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
