The Role

Internal Recruitment / Talent Coordinator or Specialist

This role would suit an established Recruiter who is highly organised or a Recruitment support Coordinator

Must be available immediately to take on a Temp or FTC role

Hybrid | Up to £40,000 (2 days in office option to work in either Liverpool, Wigan or Warrington)

We’re recruiting for an established, successful and progressive business, as they look to strengthen their recruitment team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate to join the business initially on a 3 month temporary basis - the business is recruiting for a permanent position too

The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment, managing vacancies from initial brief and sourcing through to offer, working closely with key stakeholders across the business.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, commercially minded and confident managing recruitment independently, has great attention to detail and coordination skills. High-volume recruitment experience would be desirable.

Key experience:

• End-to-end recruitment experience
• Strong organisation, coordination, and engagement skills
• Confident working with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies
• Be available immediately to take on a 3 month plus temp or FTC role initially with a possibility to becoming permanent
• Be able to commute to their offices 2 days per week either Liverpool, Warrington or Wigan area
