Description

• Analyse historical sales, market trends, promotional activity and seasonality to create accurate demand plans.
• Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts across B2C sales channels.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce and Commercial teams to understand upcoming campaigns, product launches and trading events.
• Support inventory and stock planning decisions by providing clear demand insights.
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Review and refine demand planning processes to improve efficiency.
• Generate regular reports on demand trends and inventory performance.
• Address demand-related issues and provide solutions to stakeholders.
• Use demand planning software to support forecasting activities.

Profile

A successful Demand Planner should have:

• Proven experience in demand planning or a related supply chain role.
• Experience working within a consumer, ecommerce or manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with planning systems, ERP platforms or forecasting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with S&OP and D365.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000 dependent on the level of experience.
