HGV TECHNICIAN Nottingham | £62,726 per annum Shift Pattern: Rotating Day / Late Shift | Every Other Saturday The Role We are recruiting an experienced HGV Technician to join a professional commercial vehicle workshop in Nottingham. This permanent opportunity offers excellent earning potential, overtime and ongoing career development. Shift Pattern Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 06:00–15:30. Late Shift: Monday–Thursday, 14:00–00:00; Friday, 14:30–22:00. Every other Saturday: 07:00–13:00. Additional 15% late-shift premium. Responsibilities Service, maintain and repair HGVs. Carry out inspections and prepare vehicles for MOT testing. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults. Complete preventative maintenance and repair work. Maintain accurate paperwork and follow health and safety procedures. Requirements Level 3 HGV or Level 3 LCV qualification. Previous commercial vehicle experience. Strong mechanical, electrical and diagnostic skills. High standards of workmanship. Reliable, professional and able to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
