We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealer group with multiple sites nationwide, to appoint an experienced and fully qualified Van Technician. The successful Van Technician will join a busy Oxford dealership, providing high-quality service and maintenance within a supportive team environment.

Duties of a Van Technician:
Complete all service and maintenance work efficiently and to manufacturer standards
Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs of vehicle malfunctions
Support colleagues in resolving technical issues and adopting innovations
Document diagnosis, repairs, service procedures, and safety inspections accurately
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Provide excellent customer service by maintaining high standards of work quality and professionalism
Support continuous improvement within the workshop environment
Requirements of a Van Technician:
Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
At least 1 to 2 years of practical experience post-qualification
Strong diagnostic and repair skills with a focus on quality
Motivated team player capable of working under pressure
Ability to produce high-standard work in a busy workshop
Commitment to ongoing professional development
